Description of Proposal

Replace any damaged sheeting after exposed, mandatory walk through with coordinator to sign off to continue before reside Siding to be 8" HARDIE PLANK fiber cement lap siding Belly band to be installed any joint slices must be cut at 22 degree angles and caulked so any expansion does not show All windows, doors, bands require drip flashing to be installed TYVEC house wrap to be installed and seems to be taped, any rips or tears must be taped Gable vents to be installed where required per code or noted on plans All joints to be caulked per manufacture specifications or recommendations. Butted seam to corner board to be caulked before paint. Replace any damaged sheeting.
