Tulalip Safety Planning
The Tulalip Tribes requests qualified civil engineering consulting firms to submit a proposal and statement of qualifications for review and consideration for a professional services contract to develop a Road Safety Audit (RSA) for the Hermosa area on the Tulalip Reservation and Transportation Safety that will meet or exceed USDOT FHWA standards according to the Scope of Services outlined in the Solicitation according to the Scope of Services outlined in Section VI of the RFP.
