RFQ for Consulting Services for Food Security and Resiliency Planning
The RFQ aims to select consulting services to develop and implement a Tulalip community vision for food security, especially related to emergency preparedness. Goals include creating a 5-year work plan for food sovereignty and security, securing support from leadership and the community, and coordinating food security projects with emergency preparedness.
The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
