The work involves re-caulking and re-staining the exterior of the Kenny Moses Building, as well as replacing any damaged gutters and downspouts. For a complete and detailed description, please refer to the scope outlined in Exhibit 1. Bidders may submit proposals for one or both scopes. Please clearly specify which scopes you are bidding on by including a separate line item for each in your proposal.

The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
