RFB for Bathroom Remodel

Description of Proposal

Electrical ran to dedicated circuit in panel for tub Bathroom to be ADA friendly as possible with limitations taken into consideration. Bathroom Tub to be demolished and replaced with a walk-in ada tub Contractor to install all ada grab bar, one additional at bathtub at homeowner’s location. Contractor to install all new sheetrock specified for the wet locations. Drywall to be finished to level 4 smooth finish with light orange-peel texture. Sheetrock to be covered in PVA before painting. Contractor to prime and paint all bathroom with high quality semi-gloss paint. Color to be selected by homeowner. Contractor to trim out bathroom to match existing in house.
