Enhanced Tulalip Tribal Card (ETC)
Tulalip Tribal members who are U.S. citizens may apply for an Enhanced ID (REAL ID Act compliant). Valid for 6 years.
Adults: $60 initial / $40 renewal or replacement
Minors: $30 initial / $20 renewal or replacement
Documents needed before making an appointment:

ORIGINAL US Birth Certificate or US Passport.
- We must have the ORIGINAL because the document that proves your US citizenship, Per the MOA with Department of Homeland Security states we have to authentic the validity of the document that proves your US Citizenship.
- Residency Verification within the US – any mail or legal document with your name and address within the last 60 days.
- Minors – the current C/O on the regular card need to be present or a parent consent form needs to be filled out.

Tribal ID Card Fee Change
Tribal members are entitled to one free tribal ID card per calendar year (January through December). Additional ID cards will cost $5.00 each. Payments for tribal and spousal ID cards should be made on the first floor at the cashier window.
Spousal ID Card Fee Change
A new spousal ID card fee is $40 and $20 for renewals. First-time spousal cards require a marriage certificate, a spousal form with the tribal member’s signature, and an ID. For renewals, a signed spousal form and ID are required. Spousal cards are issued only on THURSDAYS. The cards are only good for membership to the YMCA, tax exemption on the Tulalip reservation, free garbage disposal at Shelco and Tulalip employment hiring preference # 2.
Name Changes
For any name changes for adults or minors, please update your name with the Social Security office first to ensure our records match IRS information. Submit an enrollment change form, and a copy of the updated Social Security card. and the document the supporting document that changed your name.
Address Changes
Address changes must be submitted by the 18th of each month to ensure updates are made by the 1st of the following month for general welfare payments.
All address changes must be done in writing the form is below or in the office. They can be filled out on our form.

If it is your first time using iAmTULALIP, Username is your enrollment number and your password is your DOB Ex. T0001 and 01/01/2001.
