Project Summary & Scope
The Tulalip Tribes Board of Directors has issued this RFP seeking an independent third-party auditor to conduct an HR Disciplinary Actions Compliance Audit for the Tulalip Tribal Government. The audit will focus strictly on approximately 200 employment disciplinary actions administered between January 2024 and March 2026, to ensure that all actions align with the Tribes' Constitution, Bylaws, Codes, and Employee Handbook. This review applies to a governmental workforce of roughly 1,000 employees but explicitly excludes the Tulalip Gaming Organization, Quil Ceda Village, Tulalip Tribal Federal Corporation, and the Tulalip Police Department.
