Phase 1 (Earthwork/Utilities packages) for the construction of the Tulalip Tela Gym. The overall scope of development includes: Demolition and removal of an existing surface-level asphalt parking lot and its associated stormwater infrastructure. Site preparation, grading, and earthwork to accommodate the new building footprint.Construction of a new prefabricated engineered gymnasium building.Installation of new concrete walkways, stairs, ADA parking stalls, and associated landscaping. Routing and installation of new utility services, including water services and sanitary sewer routing beneath a gravel access road. Stormwater reroutes, including adding new catch basins and conveyance piping to match existing drainage patterns. Implementation of a Wetland Buffer Mitigation Plan involving the planting of native vegetation and shrubs to restore areas temporarily disturbed by construction activity.
