The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a consultant to provide planning support to Tribal staff, leadership, and community members by leveraging expertise from project partners and resources, the Tulalip team, and independent research to prepare a shoreline improvement feasibility report for the spee-bi-dah neighborhood.
