Proposals anticipated due 3:00 PM Pacific Time, Thursday, November 24, 2026 Summary: The selected Construction Manager will provide preconstruction services, including estimating, constructability review, trade package strategy, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price from the completed Construction Documents, and, upon acceptance of a GMP, construction services at both facilities. Trade subcontracts will be competitively procured by the Construction Manager under Tulalip's procurement, TERO, and federal requirements. Costs will be tracked and allocated by project site.
